Well, somehow I changed up my DVD queue as they were sending the one I was trying to bump down the list, so I end up receiving both my #1 and #2 DVD queue items in the mail, thus receiving benefits that I do not pay for.

Netflix has the balls after fucking up by sending me two DVD's to put a hold on my account, blocking me from viewing any streaming programming on Netflix.
