I agree with M.O.B., since Al isn't going anywhere and since he's going to continue to run things his way at least he can hire the right coach (someone that going to rip in these mf's for screwing up so much).
Seems like the team is quiting and if we continue to give up 40+ plus a game, Cable won't finish the season as head coach. He (Cable) is going to get suspended anyway. I'd fire him anyway for breaking dudes jaw, I think that incident is having an affect on this team.

And we need a coach that has enough of common sense to enter a game with more than 3 receivers.

The Raiders released their inactive list for today's game against the Giants, and no surprise, wide receiver Javon Walker is a healthy scratch for the fourth time in five games.
Last week, Raiders coach Tom Cable took a huge gamble going with three healthy receivers -- Johnnie Lee Higgins was active but was not used on a single pass route as he recovers from a shoulder injury.
If Darrius Heyward-Bey, Louis Murphy or Todd Watkins had gotten hurt, they would have been left with two usable receivers.
We'll see if Higgins can play receiver today. If not, Cable may be pushing his luck again.

YOU TRADE OUT!!!! something they should have done last couple of years so they dont have to pay losers like jr, gallery, dhb, etc. they need stop wasting their money. stock up on picks and get a good look at multiple players who dont show up on sportscenter everyday instead they do there job and help there team win.

most of our first round draft picks are garbage... and we have a lot of needs
O-Line and D-Line
I wouldn't worry too much about drafting receivers... we have some solid young receivers (minus DHB) that could be productive if we have a QB that can throw the ball, and an O-line that can allow the QB time to throw the ball
we're also solid at RB, McFadden (hopefully he can play better and stay more healthy) Bush, Fargas is wearing down, maybe we can pull Rankin off the practice squad, also got Gary Russel who we picked up from Pittsburgh... I think Bush needs to be our main every down RB though
we're solid at tight end, Zach Miller is dope... and Brandon Meyers looked real good during preseaosn
I think we should also look at drafting a linebacker... they're also a big problem in our run D
