yeah it's 1-1.5 grams total including shakes

and real food is actually better than shakes anyways... you should get MOST of your protein intake from actual food... I'd only recommend a shake right after you workout.. maybe in the morning and some casseine or slow digesting protein before bed... if you're pressed for time it's cool to drink a shake real quick... but you're better off eating some chicken or something

as far as how much protein in a chicken breast... depends on the size... I think it's like 39 grams in a 6 oz. chicken breast

Thanks bro.

What supplements if any are you guys taking or took in the past?
whey protein, syntha-6 protein, fish oils, amino acids, multivitamins

I've taken cell mass, no-xplode, ce2, and animal pump in the past

I'm currently using jack3d which is a preworkout supplement

supplements are cool... but your diet is the main thing that's gonna determine your progress

I know all about the diet thing. I just like supplements, it seems like they give me a lil more "umph"
I agree... I like supps to get that little extra edge

a lot of people are way too hung up on supplements though

people will have a shitty diet but hit the weights and take no-xplode and wonder why they're not getting swole
