^ WTF thats what I just fuckin said, i know they are in different counties and they are separate cities. EPA has 650 and Palo Alto is in the 408. They probably separated them cuz palo alto didn't want to have the reputation of being a city with alot of crime so they separated

Palo Alto is the Suburbs, i don't know how East Palo became a ghetto.

Menlo Park is the suburbs, and those are the citys EPA is surrounded by. A bunch of suburbs, how the fuck did EPA turn into a ghetto with all those suburban areas around it.

east palo alto/east menlo always been black but palo alto and menlo park is the suburbs.
