the further you get in the game the more and more shops that will open up,and just like regular stores they are only open certains times of the day....if it doesnt have a yellow arrow in front of the door you cant go in it

Its a required mission i believe, in san fierro, after you buy zeros rc shop



u can buy zeros shop after the "flowers in your hair?" mission. This mission blows you have to fly one plane around a city with only one fuel tank and destroy 5 cars all heading in opposite directions

i just did that one, after you kill them you gotta go to the Spray can (pay and spray) to get ya car fixed
