Dre kicked Game off Aftermath (well, okay, sold him to Geffen), why the hell would he be on Detox? That's just wasted space Bishop Lamont should be using instead. The only thing Game is missing is a clown suit and red ball for a nose as far as I'm concerned, and there's no place for that on Detox.

GTFOH with this bullshit statement. Game aint keeping the West alive. He's keeping L.A. alive. He's music aint doing shit for the Bay, Valley, SD, Oregan, Nevada or Washington.

Nigga had the One Blood West Coast remix & every nigga on theremix was from LA except E-40. Why hasn't he worked with Sean T since he blew up since he started out with him when he was fucking with JT?

Bottom line is when a LA nigga is blowing up they say he putting it down for the West but when another West Coast artist is making moves they just say he's putting it down for that artist specific city or area. Subconcouisly muthafuckas act like L.A. is Cali. & LA. artist represent the majority of the entire West Coast.

tru tru

Yeah, instead of getting the Killer Clown he reaches out to the Cash Money Clown aka Weezy F. Bozo.

dre knows what it takes to sell millions of records...so does weezy....weezy is the hottest artist in the world right now.....dre would be stupid to not put him on......

on the other hand tech nine wasnt even near consideration....tech nine probally never even met dr dre like that.....lol.....

You've got his approach completely backwards. If anything Dre would not have people like Lil Wayne on the album because of his current popularity. As he's said countless times before, he likes working with new talent, not people who've made it (only few exceptions).

I personally hope Lil Wayne is not on the album for a number of reasons but if I had to pick just one, it would be because he just doesn't belong on it.

sounds like you got something "personal" aginast lil wayne, which is fine....but not one person on this website can say that wayne will not come hella hard on the detox...choose to like him or not ....he can lay down some verses that are straight fire....and an album like detox im sure he would give nothing but his best....

Don't assume that because I hope he isn't on Detox, that I have something against him. I don't. He does some questionable things but that's his business and my reasons for not preferring him to be on Detox is simple.. He hasn't done anything that really caught my ear since Carter 2, and he's simply too commercial. I have no interest in hearing him on Detox. Dre albums are good for showing off new talent, and that's what I expect from it. Lil Wayne can be heard on a gazillion different songs.

If Lil Wayne is on Detox it will be California Love part three only this time with AutoTune Weezy..... f*** dat....

I really hope Weezy gets cut from the album.... but if he does... Dre should not let him do some gay ass AutoTune shit...... if you need that sound use Snoop at least that's a real Vocoder not that T-Pain outta tune AutoTune shit...

R.I.P 2Pac and Roger Troutman..... Weezy ain't shit.....

too commerical?

dr dre been commerical since the early 90s...atleast wayne is a semi-fresh face to the scene....

i didnt like carter 3 to much ethier....but wayne can drop some verses that fuck with the heavy weights.....not having him would be a mistake....
