the movie itself was to justify the plot which was that if we humans continue the path we are on we will destroy ourselves. we humans already know that and nothing is done to change it. the aliens came in the movie and the first thing we did was shoot when he just reached out his hand for peace. that would be the real scenario if an alien came to earth we would probably shoot them and try to kill them because we would see them as a threat to us because violence is in our nature. but we would be to stupid to think about the fact that we have no chance to win a fight against them because if they have the technology to travel interstellar distances and to bend space time why wouldnt they have advance weapons (like they did in the movie, the single robot itself ) that could knock us out in one blow.

to sum things up tho like i said the movie was in my opinion an attempt to wake up the average person and to try to change the way we live in order for us humans to survive. because if we dont the next war with nuclear and neutron bombs could totally wipe out our atmosphere and just fuck us all up.

saw this shit last night. whoever casted this movie should be bitch slapped. i wanted to slap will smith's whiny bitchy son throughout the whole movie. my daddy this my daddy that. muthafucka you're daddy wasn't a real soldier he was some sucka buildin a robot in the back & then got blown up by a bomb. actin like he was goin guns a blazin lookin for bin laden. lil bitch. keanu with his one liners & then jennifer connely another whiny bitch she looked like she was about ready to suck his dick for them not to kill them. "WE CAN CHANGE!!!" anyways, movie was wack i wanted to leave after an hour but my dumb ass homie was like naw man i wanna see where they take it. and the end i was like you happy stupid?
