Dangerous Crew Producer Shorty B Suffers Stroke - November 25, 2008 By : Chad Kiser

Legendary producer Shorty B was admitted to an Atlanta area hospital this past Sunday night. Shorty B suffered a mild stroke, as well as brain hemorraging. Details are still coming in, but a source close to the situation said doctors are trying to decide if emergency brain surgery is the best option at this time.

Shorty B is best known for his prodcutions with Too $hort’s Dangerous Crew and has also produced for some of the music industry’s top artists including T.I., TLC, Brandy, Cee-Lo, Nelly, 2Pac, Rappin’ 4-Tay, Digital Underground, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony and countless others.

NO! hes too young for a stroke. nate dogg had a stroke too? thats terrible, my neighbor had one and she changed forever. best wishes to anybody who has to deal with that horrible stuff, hopefully Obama will pour more $ into healthcare and medical research than tanks and oil accumulation.

Update On Shorty B - November 29, 2008 By : Chad Kiser

We reported earlier last week about legendary producer Shorty B being admitted to an Atlanta-area hospital after suffering a mild stroke, due to high blood pressure.

Dubcnn spoke to the multi-platinum producer this evenning, and is happy to report that Shorty B is recovering well.

"I'm just trying to keep my blood pressure down, and they're [the hospital staff] helping me do that. I'm hoping to get out of here on Monday or Tuesday," Shorty B said.

Shorty B is best known for his prodcutions with Too $hort’s Dangerous Crew and has also produced for some of the music industry’s top artists including T.I., TLC, Brandy, Cee-Lo, Nelly, 2Pac, Rappin’ 4-Tay, Digital Underground, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony and countless others.
