Yuba city, Woodland, are both pretty cheap compared to the bay. Hollister, watsonville, Stockton

If you bought a house for 250,000 in Cali, its just a normal house. Out here in Phoenix you get a brand new house just built,5 or 6 bedrooms, for that price. Thats why Phoenix is one of the most fastest growing cities. I advise yall to come out here and save some money.lol

they got those houses out in stockton & tracy. and those surrounding areas. a lot of people are moving out there and still work in the bay. just drive half an hour from tracy and then get on the bart and take the bart to the city.

i forgot about the valley area.. off of 580 you got tracy, manteca, modesto, about 40 min to a hour half away form oakland... hella cheap there.. the girls from the val are hella fine.. parties are nuts.. hella bomb there.. and you can drive down to dublin/pleasonton and use the bart to get tot he bay area public transpo.. u might wanna look into that man

Nah playa Dublin's in the Tri-Valley and most of those houses out there R big buccs shit ain't no joke, cause U got San Ramon 2 the North and thats were a lot of Rich folks live. The Tri-Valley is expensive as fuck. Concords reasonable 4 the Bay, East Oaktown if U want the hood, Hayward, San Leandro R gettin' up there, Pittsburg and Richmond R a little pricy but still reasonable. It all depends on if U want 2 live in the Hood or in a good neighborhood. Just remember in the Yay we stacc chips, we get paid...there R a gang of good ass jobs 2 be had. The Bo$$ Hogg.
