this is fucked up but i doubt that kids a victim he stuck his arm out willingly and while me might not know what hes getting injected in his arm he can see whats goin on hes around that envoirment and he can make a concious decision on if thats somthing he should do or not....

He definitely is a victim because he's fuckin 8 years old and shootin up heroin, it doesnt even matter if he's willing to do that shit, he's still a victim because he grows up in that kind of environment with noone watching after him you dumbasses....look at that kids face how could you possibly think he's enjoying that shit...he be dead by 16.

I know a lot of people say "that's the most fucked up thing I've ever seen in my life" and they exaggerate and shit. But that's seriously one of the most fucked up things I've ever seen in my life.

Half the responses on here are straight retarded. Since when is an 8 year old not a victim? Cuz he willingly did it? And do you think he was able to understand the magnitude of what he was doing the way a 20 year old would? Fuck no. Even if you sat him down and taught him everything about heroin, how it affected your body, and society...he'd still be too damn young to grasp the complexity of the situation.

All those people really should get the needle. Just not the one with heroin in it.
