July 27, 2009 - (Bay Area, CA) -- R&B Songstress Netta Brielle is making a
lot of noise on the West Coast. On Wednesday July 29th, she will
showcase her dopeness on BETs 106&Park - Wild Out Wednesday. Having won a
spot on the top rated network show at the PPR 101 conference presented by
ChiQ Diva of Divadend Entertainment, Netta is a dynamic force that is poised
to make her mark in the entertainment world.
As a winner of the "Def Jam Mega Star Search" put on by the late Def Jam A&R
Shakir Stewart, she has taken the West by storm with her charasmatic style
and agressive music approach. With a wide vocal range, dancing skills, and
looks to kill - she is the total package that the music industry is
missing.
Her style is a unique combination of old school R&B, Jazz, and Hip Hop,
bringing the best elements of artists like Janet Jackson, Sheila E, and
Natalie Cole, yet seamlessly fusing the separate elements as her own. While
the music speaks for itself, her electric performance exudes the swagger,
enthusiasm, vocals, and choreography to win over even the harshest
critics.
Netta Brielle's EP - "*Electrik Rebel Sounds*" will be available on iTunes
soon. Its sound is a unique blend of Pop Rock, Hip Hop, R&B & Electrik
sounds of booming bass with an 80's influence that she termed Urban Pop.
Catch Netta Brielle on 106&Park "Wild Out Wednesday" show airing LIVE July
29th @ 6pm EST.

About Netta Brielle:
Born & raised in Berkeley, California, she is a talented singer, songwriter,
dancer and actress; a total package entertainer. Not just a pretty face; her
soothing voice, electric performance and dominant stage presence have
quickly catapulted her towards success.
Being introduced into performing arts at the age of 5, Netta has always
known that she wanted to be an entertainer. Starting out as a young rapper,
she found herself in the studio with legends such as Tupac Shakur and
dancing on stage at the Oakland coliseum with MC Hammer. She was able to
witness the work ethics and methods of some of the elite talents in the
industry at an early age. Growing up with an older sister, she was also
influenced by the music, movies, and style of the 80's. She especially liked
artists such as Sheila E and Janet Jackson and as time went on she began to
focus more on singing. Over the years, Netta B. evolved into a powerful
vocalist and performer, eventually developing her own style, which she has
coined "Urban Pop", taking elements from R&B, Jazz, 80's pop, and Hip Hop;
fusing them into her own sound.
