I posted this in another thread in this forum, but thought i'd make a thread for it so i could actually see you guys' thoughts and comments on it...


why is it that everyone is so concerned about the bay "blowing up", why can't the artists that artists that are doing it right now just put out good music for the people that are actually fans/listeners and we be happy with that...how is the bay blowing up gonna change the music...i personally think that if it does change the music, its gonna change it for the worst, meaning that the artists are just gonna get big headed (like the mainstream artists now) and start putting out bullshit music...i see it as, if the artists keep puttin out quality shit, they'll get the money they deserve and the fans/listeners will be happy, fuck if the rest of the country knows who Mac Dre, San Quinn or Laroo is...

the only reason why people want the bay to blow up is becuz we deserve it, hella mainstream fools be jackin all our shit before any1 from the bay gets recognized. I dont think if any bay area artist that blows up is gonna get big headed, the only reason i listen to bay music is folks be keepin it real and i think thats why the bay will only get known for. all the mainstream artist out there about half of those weak ass's are fakes and the other half is koo. Plus every1 is on the south's nuts about "gettin crunk" and we all know that shit is played out. the bay area has hella styles and shit goin around that we all know its good quality shit so we deserve to show it off and get some respect/credit for it.

i understand that...but what i mean is...we're making it seem like we gon die if the bay doesn't blow...don't get me wrong, it would be a good thing if it happened, but if it doesn't, it doesn't...the music is still here for those of us that are fans and it's not gonna go anywhere as long as we support it...

First, what the fuck you doin here if its just to say the bay and the whole west coast sucks and all that shit? Why you took the trouble to register just to say that, don't you got something more constructive to do or talk about? We know where the east coast stands, we know y'all always hated on everybody else, and frankly, we could give a fuck...
Second... what's with those UGLY ASS BEARDS y'all seem to like? Man, tell dude in the pic to cut that shit OFF, and tell Freeway too while you at it...
