Has anyone ever heard of a CD by "Tha Ballacaust"?

Maybe it isn't a rapper, it could just be a title because under where it says "Tha Ballacaust" on the front it says "Vig Section Compilation #1". If it's a comp, it doesn't have the artists that are featured on the back, just song names.

MAN!!! I've been looking for that shit for awhile now...If I'm not mistaken they released two different albums like that. Not sure who it is, just remember I used to have both of'em and ever since they were stolen I've never seen'em again. I think I bought'em around 97'-98' or so. You got it?

yeah, I scooped up a sealed copy for real cheap the other day.
