Shot in the back, clearly in self defense right??? Come on now.
I mean, I was burglarized a few months back. And if I had been home at the time, I wouldn't have hesitated to shoot and kill any fuck that stepped inside my house.
But come on, I wouldn't shoot someone stealing my neighbor's shit, especially in the back. Let the cops handle it. I wouldn't put myself or my family in jeopardy by confronting some burglers. I would def. call the cops and let them do their job. Why? Because I have a thing called sense. And because there's a thing called murder, and a thing called self-defense, and a thing called "court", where things gotta be upheld by "proof".
Looks like he got away with cold blooded murder, esp. when he was repeatedly told by the popo's to stay home and let them handle it. Then he got the right jury and straight up OJ'd that shit.

I agree that he could have shot them in the leg, but in the back is cowardly. It seems he did not want the men to get away, so im sure he yelled, they ran, he shot.
BTW, as long as the concept o fmoney exists, there is nothing you can do about situations like this. If someone was stealing something of mine that I spent hard earned money on, I would be PISSED..period. What something of value ABOVE money was stolen? Something of sentimental value that could never be replaced?
Did they deserve to die? Of course not...but its a principals thing...dont go taken other peoples shit, period.

Yeah but how are, as citizens, any better than the burglars if we just go around killing everybody we deem to be a criminal. as much as i hate them, thats why we have police. I dont want some person thinking im breaking into a house when ive locked myself out. its not up to the individual citizen to decide who to KILL, (and goddamit, why is this just OK? "Oh fuck them, theyre criminals, they deserve to die", but then we wanna get angry when cops shoot someone, its the same fucking thing.) point blank period, society is going backwards.

He IS NOT WALKER TEXAS RANGER. this isnt martial law, except after this ruling, now there is. we're inching closer and closer to martial law, especially with the supreme court ruling, and it fuckin scares me that people are ok with people just walking around with weapons on their person.
