Receiver's ankle still a problem

Veteran receiver Roydell Williams might be running out of time to prove he's recovered enough from ankle surgery to be a contributor this season.

The fourth-year pro, who underwent ankle surgery in January, made little progress in limited action against the Falcons on Friday night and did not have a catch.

"A lot is riding on this week," Titans Coach Jeff Fisher said Saturday.....

oveall most talented WR on our depth chart (atleast from the proven ones..) and he might not even make the roster...

thats no good.....even after the pacman thing we shoulda went after chris henry after he got reduced...two years runnings its the worst WR core...Mccarines has proved us in the past but he looks terrible in preseason...more of the same from titans O hopefully alge crump can come threw on the 3rd and 7s.....next year go after bouldin and some other players.....we need major help at WR postition

Can you comprehend? The titans got 131 ypg, the raiders got 130 ypg, that is ONE YARD. I know I was off a spot I thought I remember the raiders being in the top 5 but you make it seem like there is a huge margin when it is a measly ONE YARD.

WRs continue to be a problem...they look completely lost

other then a 1 mistake and a few bad throws VY looks better....hopefully he will step it up completly by the 4th game....

hanyesworth absence is still a huge problem for the titans...hes is indvidually one of the most imporant players in the nfl right now...its a huge difference when hes in and whens hes out....the d still had there flashes and are keeping points down but damn we need albert locked up and healthy!!!



pretty bad preseason so far...were 2-1 but the injury bug seems to be creeping up like in the bad seasons

Haha see your still not bright enough to get it. It took fargas 7 games starts to run for 100 yards less, 3 less td's and all of this with 81 less carries than lendale.

I'm not knocking lendale for starting the whole season where did I state that? I'm pointing out the fact that he does not have good numbers at all for starting all the games, where someone who started half the games nearly had the same numbers.

The team will have to make one more move before the afternoon deadline tomorrow.


Before that time, the team is expected to place running back Rafael Little on the Active Physically Unable to Perform list.

You need to stop talking and just wait until the season starts. Are you talking abouts espn, cbs sports and si's fantasy rankings of running backs? If this is what you are referring to then I can see why they would have White ahead of Fargas. Fargas is going to be splitting carries with McFadden and Bush this season, White is the featured back in Tennessee, therefore will be getting more carries then Fargas should expect, and better fantasy numbers.
