Eleborate since you're such a genious..

When Bun-B did a remix to Draped-Up? Who did he put on there? Kanyey West and 50Cent or numerous Houston rappers??

Next thing, Bun-B is featured ON A BEYONCE song. THEY came to HIM for the song.

E-40 had numerous attempts to blow by featuring a mainstream artist on his song...The song with Fabulous, the song with Ice Cube...
None were as successful as Tell Me When To Go...and I know a big part of that is him being signed to BME, but there's a reason why LiL Jon and 40 chose TELL ME WHEN TO GO FT. KEAK DA SNEAK instead of songs like WHITE GIRL that feature BUN B, PIMP C, JUELZ SANTANA...

Next time you disagree with someone's OPINION, write an explanaitoin on why you disagree and keep it civil, instead of simply calling them an idiot just because they have a point of view that is different from yours, and quit flooding the board with your worthless posts..

Umm...did you see any other rappers getting nominated for awards? How many times recently has a multiplatinum selling artist been on a Bay Area song? And anyone would get butthurt if they didnt get an award. If you thought someone elses cd was better than yours, then you didnt put enough effort into your own cd.
u ever hear the phrase "losing gracefully"? yea i'd be sad that i didnt win but i aint gonna be arrogant an shit. i forgot exactly wat, but that nigga said he aint even gon go to their award show next year or sum shit, the fuck is that? IMO unless u on sum livin legend shit like maybe jay-z or nas u cant speak on it like that. like i said his shits tight and ill bump it but it aint THAT tight, get the fuck outta here wit that

On the real, what would a Bay Allstar Remix have doen for 40s record sales? Not a damn thing. I'm 100% a Bay dude and want to see us go to the next one. Wit 40 doin' songs wit Kanye (If it is official) we're movin in the right direction. The Ambassador won't steer us wrong, he never has. He single handedly kept us at least a tiny bit relevent for the past 10 years. Bottom line is Kanye West is as hot a feature as you can get right now so if it is official, 40 is doin it movin.

I'd love a Bay Allstar remix, but my point is simply that if you're thinking in terms of what's good for the Bay, this move is a good one. A lotta cats on this thread are reflecting that same ol' tired ass mentality we got known for out here. Maybe you don't intend it that way, but it comes off in print like hatin.' This shit is bizness, good bizness.

Album Review

Despite E-40's status as the Bay Area's longstanding rap ambassador, everything on My Ghetto Report Card sounds unbelievably fresh. 40 Water's flow is as pliable as ever, wrapping around Rick Rock and Lil Jon's titan-sized electro like pimp-scented ivory. Occasionally serious, sometimes silly and always stoopid, 40 puts the Bay on his back and delivers a classic.
