You can't really compare Tech and Pac. Pac is a legend to the world and his lyrics from 15 years ago are still relevant the happenings in the world today. He was WAY ahead of his time and will always be the best rapper. No doubt Tech is the greatest rapper alive in my opinion now, but ya know if Pac didn't die Tech had more chance of blowing up than ever being cool with Pac. I'm sure we all know that Pac had the best diss song ever with Hit em' Up and countless other diss tracks.
