I've never been overly fond of Psychopathic but I thought that the Vol 2 mixtape was one of the better things to come from the label. At the very least, DJ Clay seems to want to try somewhat interesting things, like putting Awesome Dre on a track.

Wizard of the Hood [...]
Also one of Psychopathic's better efforts. It's a pure dumb novelty record but I've always liked it.

Awesome Dre is also on the new one coming out. It's a track with him, Shaggy, Big Herk, Merciless Amir & Bo$$.

how the fuck can you "try" to fit the mainstream mold when you have songs on Killer like Paint a Dark Picture where he talks about killing bitches while fucking them?

Shit, the whole Dark Side is anti-mainstream... I dont think soulja boy makes tracks like Hope for a Higher Power

I'm sure MrDiamondFDC can name at least 10 mainstream rappers that sound just like Tech, but he won't tell us about them.

The beats have a mainstream sound and 1/2 of Killer sounds like club shit. He is trying to gain a bigger audience and that is clear. His image is tame compared to what it was. He doesn't rock the crazy hair anymore and he didn't have face paint on when I seen him with Ill Bill and Paul Wall. At Strange Noize in Detroit he gave props to juggalos and ICP after every fucking song but won't have them on his cds proving he is a fucking leech only out to get money. Tech will never have an album go platinum like ICP has....even when he gets Ice Cube and Paul Wall on his shit.

His image was reckless and he was headed for death had he not stopped getting fucked up all the time. And yes, that has a huge influence on the way his music has evolved over the years.

ICP's Great Milenko went platinum solely because of the anti-marketing Hollywood put out. They single-handedly made that record bigger with slander.

If you remember what Tech has said, he had to cut his hair off because it was falling out, and he is growing it back, that is the reason he doesn't have the red spikes anymore. either way, that shouldn't be the reason you decide to not listen to him. that leads right into the facepaint. just because he doesn't have facepaint on, thats not a reason to not listen to him. by the way, at the MN show he had facepaint on, and also does on this tour from what ive seen, so you just got unlucky, maybe scenario was not there to paint it that night.

maybe the reason he doesn't want them on his albums is because they are fucking horrible? you can give props to the fans, and i can see why he has. juggalos are one of the most loyal groups of fans around, and the fact that they have accepted tech and spend their money on him, that is plenty of reason to show love to them, but that doesn't mean you throw them on your album.
