i have to disagree with that.D-Cal is from stockton.

8-Ballis from San Mateo but got his up in stockton.Listen to Shake The Dice Up on Point Blank Game.Thats an 8-Ball solo but tell me that song aint a real stockton song.

plus he came up prior to Black Rhino with C.O.P.S. and H.C.U. and all them cats in the early 90's.He was part of the 209 Hustlers.
