I always liked the Under Siege movies, even though he doesn't do a whole lot of martial arts in those movies. He plays a Navy Seal and there is still plenty of action. Above The Law and The Glimmer Man were good, too. His best movies are all of his early ones.
A lot of his straight-to-DVD movies are awful, so be careful about which ones you spend money on to rent. His best straight-to-DVD movies are Belly Of The Beast, The Foreigner, Out For A Kill, Pistol Whipped, Urban Justice, and The Onion Movie. Any other straight-to-DVD movies I wouldn't even waste my time. Believe me, I did through Netflix. I think I've seen all of his movies.
