I don't personally know the ppl putting this event on. We just received an email stating that she was nominated. The event is for independent/unsigned artists around the world and it is taking place in Redondo Beach California which is in SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA and is obviously also known as "The South Bay". The event is not claiming to represent San Jose or Northern Cali. To my knowledge JIMMIE REIGN and TONY VIC are the only ones nominated from the BAY but don't quote me on it.
