Like what Quinn said in the interview with Nemo, "Major Labels look at record sales." The Bay area has a lot of potential and talent but we are being over-looked. Quinn also stated that California as a whole, has a lot of people who burn their music instead of buying it. They may or may not be true, but I am definitely leaning towards it being a fact.
