ya see, what i started thinking about was in the past i have destroyed other shit but nothing major like burnign the house down, no phone call were ever made to the police or reports...but could that shit come back and bite me in the ass...no proof that I ACTUALLY fucked a car up or broke some shit exists to point blame to me...which is why when they said they was pressing charges i was like...can all this old shit get thrown back at my face?

I know, it doesn't sound like a big deal to us but it sort of is. I do shit like that all the time. "Fuck you I will seriously kill you", and well hey...people don't take that very lightly and neither do the police. Telling someone you will burn their house down seems like run of the mill stuff, especially if someone pisses you off enough and you will do it (because I would if I had a reason to) and the authority will take it as it is reported.

Believe me, if some chick calls the police and files a report stating you threatened to burn her house down, you will definitely be speaking to someone about it.
