just tell them next time so they can do better shit than wait on someone who isnt going to come.

i know you dont care, but that might be someones lunch time they sacraficed to meet you.

that might have been someones off day and they decided that coming in to interview you would be important.

i can only think how annoyed id be if the times my boss told me to come in to meet someone on my day off..and he dosent come.

i dunno to me its not the job its the fact that theyre humans, too.

i think it makes you look important since you didn't show up. They probably really want to hire you now since you're so important you don't even have time to go to job interviews.

I think another reason why I didn't want the job is because I'd be locked down for the summer! Yes, it's a bit immature to think like that. I do plan to settle and get a FT job once Fall hits..

What's cool tho, right after I posted this thread I got a phone call from an Executive Recruiter asking me to give him a call for this staff accountant job opportunity they have in Concord.

I guess I decided to rather go for a workplace where I am happy rather than feeling like a prisoner ya feel? Plus this shit is accounting, and I need to test out the water with private companies to see if accounting is really my thing.. Yea I agree its stupid that I bailed out on the interview, but man I wasn't prepared for shit. This isn't like no damn Starbucks, McDonalds, BestBuy, CircuitCity, Verizon, etc. job inteview.. This shit was the real deal!

I work in finance and have for over 12 years! for 2 different (BIG) companies. Sure benefits and perks are a little different, but pay and work envioremnt (feel like a prisoner) are very much the same!
