should I be taking hydroxycut and protein supplements at the same time? I'm trying to get bigger muscles but I heard hydroxycut is also good for toning up. is that true?

You should NEVER sacrifice form for heavy weight. Doing that won't make you any bigger OR stronger. Even though it may seem lame at first, just use light weights. Slowly over time, your muscles WILL grow! When you curl, DONT bend your back, DONT use momentum to get the bar up and GO SLOW on the negative (downward) part of the movement.

okay people , you can either tone up get cut , or you can bulk you cant do both at the same time , when u wanna get bigger you'er gonna get a lil chunky, when you tone up or get "cut" you'er gonna loose some mucle mass. this also all depends on genetics too. so try getting real big, then when you'er big tone up

musty- It's all about the frequency of your meals and the combinations of foods, ie protein/carbs, protein/fats. I promise you that if you were to eat 4000+ cals a day for 3 months with at least 275g of protein and 450g of carbs with a dedicated lifting routine that you would gain weight.

It's not one of those things that happen overnight. I started lifting SERIOUSLY in November and I am now finally seeing the results. It seems that they are really rolling in now though cause I better understand my diet and routine.

PS- Smoking hella weed will do nothing but hinder you if you intention is to get bigger (not fatter). I smoked ONE BOWL tonight before the gym cause I was stupid and had my WORST workout in MONTHS.
