ZMA is the shit, I used to take that in highschool when I was able to weight train twice a day. That will make you rest really good. I can pretty much sleep through anything, my dad used to get up at 5 am and bump the stereo loud as hell so I've learned to block out sounds and other noises. My son though, if I hear him sneeze it will wake me up, for some reason when you have kids your senses enhance when it pertains to them. Well, tomarrow is my day off, so I'm gonna get some sleep. Sleeping in is 9 here. :|

yepp, that always happens, especially when the next day's a big event or something.. you just keep thinking bout it..

i have a baddd sleeping habit too. i feel y'all. my regular sleeping time is around 2:30am, but it usually becomes later if i have more hw or if im BSing. it's been like this since about my fresh/soph year in HS, and that was 5 years ago. i dont remember ever falling asleep before midnight. ive gotten used to getting about 5 hours of sleep and i can still stay awake.. problem is after school, i'll pass out for a few hours and then wake back up wide awake, which hellaa fucks up my sleeping sched. i finally registered for later classes this quarter, but it's not too much of a difference (10:30) so now i get like 7 hours of sleep.. feels pretty damn good and i dont have to take as naps anymore. oh and on weekends, im passed out from like 3am-past 2pm. hahah dont think that's too healthy either. blah wtv, i've concluded that i can never change my sleeping habits cause its just been like this for too long haha.... oh well
