anything will work for you as long as you get enough sleep. conversly, nothing will work for you if you dont get enough sleep. its all about the amount of time you give your body to get that shit out of your system while your asleep and not awake. ambien and sonata are non-opiate derivateves but if you take one at 4 and wake up at 8 dont expect not to be feeling it still, you wont be high, but youll be tired as fuck.
