Wait...it was dismissed? He went to prison for it. Not to mention, him kickin' rocks doesn't negate the fact that he attempted to whore out a 14 year old. If you try to kidnap somebody, and you bounce without actually kidnapping that person, you still tried to kidnap them....which is STILL a crime.

Shooting at somebody doesn't make you a murderer...but you can still go to prison for attempted murder. The crime happened in 2009...and it looks to me like they caught up with him in 2010. They didn't WAIT!
Oh, and I'm far from a square, as well. I have a little boy and a niece...so I DO let THAT shit bother me. So if you ever have a daughter, and a 16 or 17 year old tries to put her on the track when she's 14, I don't expect you to press charges or get upset about it.
