Hori is a brand (one of the best for manufacturing arcade sticks)

Sanwa makes arcade parts, buttons and joysticks. They are absolute top of line.

Seimitsu is another note worthy name, also top of line.

money isnt really a big problem for me, which one is the most authentic to arcade?

do any of them come with sanwa buttons? I thought you had to buy a hori stick and replace them yourself.

that's the thing, they usually don't and it's only the tournament edition one that has sanwa stuff. they teamed up with some high level SF players when designing it.

if they didn't i'm sure we would have a completely generic piece of shit. (like the work they're known for) lol

Off topic but I wish they would do with Mortal Kombat what they are doing with SF. They're keeping it old school style and in 2D but giving it a HD upgrade and new characters. It's what MK should have done instead of making Scorpion fight Batman and including fatalities which would be safe to show in the middle of a 7 year old's favourite cartoon.

how are the hori buttons on the stick? Am I gonna notice a big difference between them and the sanwa buttons?

only thing I'm really worried about is if they might be too sticky.

hori buttons work fine. if this is your first stick it's best not to go all out, you'll end up breaking it learning how to use it anway.

they don't stick, the only problem i've ever had with hori buttons is that you need to hit them a bit harder.

Would these special controllers work with other games? For example GTA4 or KILLZONE 2?

ait that sounds ok, it's fairly easy to replace them with sanwa buttons if I dont like them right. They snap on right? no soldering?
