when i was in vegas this last summer, i was waiting for the bus that runs up and down the strip and this dude came and tried to sell me a small ass 12oz water for a buck. i got to talkin to him and said he goes to cosco buys them for $0.16 each and sells them for a buck. said he loads up his truck and just slangs them all day on the strip, said he makes pretty good money.

then he asked me if i had any weed, and that was end of conversation, wtf
