I'm not trying to argue w/ you, I just feel sorry for you.
Call it what you want potna I'm pretty sure u would change your mind if you met me in person! While your bangin away on your computer ur the one I feel sorry for bro. Your all the way in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and can't even bring out your Seahawks jersey cuz you'd get jumped by Packer cheeseheads. On the other hand I'm in the bay with full of 9er and Raider fans and sport my shit where ever I go whether if its @ a bar, football party, or @ a sporting event. I got Redskins pride since the mid 80's playa so miss me with the FAKE FAN shit! If I was a so-called fake fan why would I choose the Redskins idiot when @ the time the 9ers and Raiders had more Super Bowls????? Why would I fly my ass all the way 2 Washington to watch a Redskins game????? Why would I get a Redskins tattoo????? When I'm at a sports bar or at a game full of other team fans you ain't there when I got to defend my squad. I forget you would know cuz you stomp thru different forums and been to many cities!

So why are you a Redskins fan? It has nothing to do with the fact that they were a pretty good team in the 80's?

If you weren’t born in Washington, have no family there, have no ties there whatsoever…it’s a little odd that you would be fan of a team all the way across the country.

LOL I feel what ur saying Gas BUT ME being born and raised in San Jose I have never choose any bayarea squads if they weren't 4rm SJ..... I like the Sharks lol but I wouldn't consider myself a true fan because I just don't connect with hockey. I love the San Jose State Spartans and go to games here and there, but really don't got too much to talk about them cuz we suck yet still enjoy watching games. Both 49ers and Raiders had MORE Superbowls @ the time(and still do) but I never had the enjoyment of football watching them with my family(whom all like either 9ers or Raiders) as a little kid. We would have family BBQ's and I would rather go play with my cousins then watch the game.... Then I remember as a little kid and watching the Redskins in the 86' playoffs against the Bears(Walter Payton's last game) and fell in love with the team I sat there as a 6 year old a watched the whole entire game for the first time we ended up losing the following game against the Giants and I cried. I loved everything about them from the logo, to the team colors, to the oldschool players like Art Monk, Gary Clark, Darrel Green, Charles Mann, Monte Coleman, etc.... Ever since 86', I've been following my team and WOULDN'T trade them for any other not even if San Jose got a NFL team. But by me cheering and loving a team from another city in no way makes me less proud to be 4rm the Bay Area more or less SAN JOSE! I'm northern Cali boy who just happens to like the Redskins and damn proud whether we win or lose..... With every new season that comes and goes I'm very optimistic of my Skins when they lose I'm mad as fuck, but when they win I'm proud and feel like I've won as a fan to the team. Yeah I have only went to Washington one time to watch the Skins play in Washington(which costs alot to fly there) but what is sad is that certain fan's like a team in there hometown and HAVE NEVER even went to a game that is 50 miles from the stadium or only go when the team hits the post season. When I have to defend my squad 4rm all the 9ers, Raiders, Cowboys friends I got, I have to defend them by myself and I wouldn't have it any other way. Its good to have people like other teams thats what make every sunday wonderful because there is a variety. All the bandwagon jumping fans and fakes will show when there team's losing believe that......

Mothafuckin Redskins on mine.... I'm obviously NOT a bandwagon fan cuz many people would have given up on a team who has only been to the playoffs twice since 92' and still cheer year in and year out! I have been a fan of the Skins since Elementary school, I got a shit load of Redskins stuff from authentic jerseys to autographs, authentic Redskins helmet to blankets, even a Redskins tattoo..... I'm fortunate to have been able to see 2 of the 3 Superbowls and year end and year out for 5 straight years have gotten the "Sunday Ticket" to watch my Skins games! Me being 4rm the bay, I could have easily chosen the 49ers or the Raiders which @ the time had more Superbowls and which all my family love but I always have been different always went against the grain when it come to my sports team..... I love the Burgandy and Gold and I'm very happy with my squad WIN, LOSE or DRAW! I've been lucky to be able to fly to Washington DC and watch my childhood team play in their stadium. I've also watched the Skins play in Frisco twice.
There you go Gimpy! I explained my reasons..... Yeah you were correct about being a good 80's team but when I began watching them they had only won a SuperBowl against the Dolphins and lost the other 2 to the Dolphins and Raiders!

I can actually respect the perspective you're coming from with the photo collage (saying that the calls were correct). What I can't respect is the argument that the calls that were made, correct or incorrect, weren't significant in the larger result of the game.

However, you aren't coming off as a particularly intelligent or detail oriented fan with this matter b/c the photo collage doesn't include the single most important call made during that football game.
Heres another one Seattle was complaining about.

Foot stepped OUT OF BOUNDS!

The complaints are mostly about phantom penalties by the refs.

And why are we stil talkin about this? Shit is 2 years old...no one should give a fuck anymore. Lets keep it movin and talk about CURRENT shit, can we please?

I'd like you to start wherever the fuck you wanna start, crybaby. tell me exactly where shit was unfair.
Does it really matter? It was 2 years ago...you won, get over it. Seems like Steelers fans dwell on it and bring it up more than Hawks fans do.

It is what it is and it was what it was....:ermm:

1) However i AM a particularly intelligent AND detailed fan because i know what call you're talking about. i'm guessing it was the holding call when gay ass Jerramy Stevens caught a TD (which was good, considering he bragged all week about how much damage he was gonna do) and there was a questionable holding call involved.

2) Even if that TD would have counted it would have been 21-17 STEELERS

3) fuck off for questioning me as a Steelers fan and while you're at it, cry some more about your Super Bowl loss. I swear you Seahawks fans have got to be some of the biggest bitches in the world.
1) CORRECT! I'm glad that you were able to identify that one.

2) The INT that followed the blown holding call, coupled with the 15 yards from the BULLSHIT BLOCKING BELOW THE WAIST?!?! wtf call on Hasselbeck (one that even the NFL admitted was wrong) put the Steelers in between the 40s and thereby, in the trick play zone. You guys deserve all the credit in the world for executing that reverse pass, that was an amazing play. However, you shouldn't have been in that part of the field to be able to call it.

Now of course there's a possibility that on the resulting kickoff, you guys could've returned it close to the 40, or gotten a first down or two and been in position to run that play. There's also a possibility you could have even housed the kickoff, and there's a possibility Roethlisberger could've thrown a pick 6.

WE WILL NEVER KNOW, that is the point. Fans of the world weren't afforded the luxury to really know what would've happened with a fairly called game b/c it wasn't called fairly.

3) I am not questioning you as a Steeler fan, after all you're from PITT you've got every right to be. But we talk about it b/c we care, you guys would be doing the exact same thing had the roles been reversed.

1) If the Refs were really one-sided, why would they let Pittsburgh fall into those 2nd, 3rd and long situations?

2) Sea "Ca Ca" fans also don't want to bring up the fact that they blew it on that 3rd and 28. How in the fuck are you gonna let a team convert 3rd and 28??? Also, their Special Teams sucked horribly with missed FG's and punts into the end zone, lol. Most of all, Holmgren and Hasselbeck's "Time Management" in the game sucked big time! The same thing happened in last Sunday's game at the end of the first half, lol.

3) seaChicken fans are the biggest bitches
1) No no no no no. We're not claiming the refs were one-sided (i.e. premeditated this, it was a conspiracy, etc). We're claiming they fucked up. There's a huge difference, get it straight.

2) All very true. But all very irrelevent b/c we can come up w/ a similar laundary list of mistakes for the Pittsburgh Stealers. Both teams didn't play well, but somebody had to get the trophy and the zebras played a role in deciding that.

3) We care, that's why

4) How did you become a Steelers fan living in Des Moines, IA?

^^^^ = idiot! Like I stated before the Raiders and 9ers already had 2 Superbowl championships each before the Skins won there first so how can I be a bandwagoner? According to your theory I MIGHT BE but your opinion doesn't mean squat bro...... Ur close-minded but oh well! So don't trip, I don't care if you feel sorry.

I have two questions for you, I'd be curious to hear your explanations/opinions regarding these:

1) Why did the NFL not fine Mike Holmgren after he criticized the Super Bowl officiating loudly two days after the game. Tagliabue had the fine letter on his desk drafted and ready to send, but he decided not to do it.

2) Why has Bill Levy, the head official on that day, been since demoted to being a mere back judge?

If you guys are talking about the SuperBowl a few years ago... The Seahawks got robbed by the refs in that game. The worse officiating I've ever seen in a Superbowl. Every big play Seattle got was called back on some fluke as call.
