not really... The Grudge scared lots of people I know...
had mutha fuckaz parinoid n shit...
you have to understand the hidden meaning beihind it...
if you don't get it.. then it won't really scare you.....
plus you have to be on a spiritual level for it to scare you also...

it's deeper than some guy in a hockey mask.. trying to cut you up...

I didn;t find The Others scary though

The Entity and The Shining scared the hell out of me when i was a kid (showing my age?) but nowadays I can't remember a movie that really scared me but something based on a true story always makes it freaky.

When I was 4 or 5 Dreamscape use to spook me. Then I saw Nightmare on Elm St. it took me like 2-3 months after watchin' it to be hella scared. I think the fear was more about an awareness of a painful death filled with pain, fear, and suffering!

when i was a kid, Exorcist, IT, And American Werewolf in London, i just watched exorcism of emily rose, had a few jump scenes in it but i just dont get scared anymore it succs

the shining did a number on me when I was little. When I was REALLY young, about 5, I watched Misery.. That fucked me up! I was scared of fat ladies for fuckin ages.

Also, The Burbs. I really, can't remember why, I was very young. Gremlins was cool, ghostbusters, bigfoot, but the burbs scared me.

On another note 'The Grudge' didn't scare me whilst watchin it (except for the jumpy scenes: bus scene in particular). well, my radiator makes the same noise the ghost does :eek: I was thinkin bitch come on if you go under my sheets i aint gettin killed im gettin head bitch.

the scariest movie I watched was not that scary, but me and my friends were at my friend mikes house(he had a fine ass sister...) anyways we watched half of it, then my dad called because I told him I was coming home early, but didnt. Anyways after watching that movie, I had to run, and I mean RUN all the way back to my apartment.

The movie was more gross than scary, it was about some caniballs in the forest in like virginia or something, anyways they drove a pickup truck, and it just so happened a pick up was on the road I was using to run home. I was so fuckin scared, I didnt cry, but when I got home I fell on the floor and started praising God.

call me a bitch, but that shit was scary as fuck.

the only movie that ever really scared me was the scene in the ring 1 when they opened the closet and you see the girl all deformed. I was shaking for 5 minutes after that, tottally unexpected
