saw target new releases ad including "killer" inside store today...

damn i went to target today to cop the new 3-6 album and when i was checkin out the new releases section if u look above the cd's rack they always show whats coming out the following week of july 1st, as i was lookin at the pics i saw g-unit, several other artists and coming in as the 6th or 7th new release pic was tech's "killer" album!!! that kinda caught me off guard since retail stores like target would only promote major label releases in their music section. anybody ran into this at target's music section? i thought it was cool and had to tells yalls. GREAT PROMO FOR TECH... especially for an indie album with no video,radio and to have the picture alongside major lable new releases like g-unit will catch alotta ppls eyes.....now we need more promo etc.........

kools. i never noticed that, since this was the first time i saw non-major album advertised alongside major label releases, especially at target. still kinda trippin off of it. i saw alotta younger folks n teens lookin up at the new release pics section and they were staring at tech's killer album pic. so it def worked to catch attention.

I saw Kaliko on some thing for "black music" or some shit like that. And then the Prozak cd was in the top 10 or whatever. Killer is going to sell good I'm thinkin.

The Hastings here has put Tech's name on the new releases on their roadside board for Vintage Tech, Everready, Psychumentary, and I'm sure will have it up soon for Killer. It's on the main drag here in one of Idaho's biggest cities, which is badass, though... it's still just Idaho.

hell yeah man. me and my boss at braintree got into a HUGE argument and he told me to leave 30 min into my shift so i did and on my way out he told me to transfer and i went up to boston that day and the boss there was the person who hired me a couple years ago so it was on. i start in Boston tomorrow.

Yes, this is true, I had mentioned this in another thread you all can search through my posts if you want the info. or look up the "who is buying killer" thread. It is a free tshirt circuit city is promoting.. while supplies last, not sure if that involves all national markets though..

oh yea, i know of a few of em.... tha one i always go to is tha one in tha Burnsville Center.... I believe that they have one here in tha Mall of America too.... although I could be wrong about that (I'm pretty sure they bought out all tha Sam Goody's)
