average shit

san quinn has sounded like a fuckin robot for the last 10+ years. i would be surprised if this was any good, everybody was saying that 'all city' was so good. i'll look @ this one, but im not holding my breath. just because he's "san quinn" does not mean everything he has is good. too many of these dudes have been stagnant for a long long time but they still put out music. we'll see on this 1.
^^^Real Talk. I mean he got a few slaps, but nothing major. His voice can be hella annoying at times. Just my lil .02 cents.

I bought both E-40 and San Quinn during the crazy morning after Thanksgiving at Best Buy. The lady at the register was wondering why I didn't buy the new Ludacris for some reason. Are you kidding me?? Been waiting too long for the new San Quinn and E-40, I'll pass on the Luda album. The funny thing is she has no idea who San Quinn is which is really sad to say. Anyways both albums really are worth the money if your a fan of both. One of my favorite tracks besides the other tracks already mentioned is "Devotion" with Mistah Fab and Too Short.

On the E-40 album a track that stands out right now is "The Recipe" with Bun B & Gucci Mane.. I know their are other tracks I love but need to listen to it more....

San Quinn>>>>E-40's album..

I give San Quinn a 4.5 out of 5 on the album tho.

I personally thought it was better than The Rock...
AGREED, BOTH ARE GOOD ALBUMS BUT QUINNS IS DEFINITELY BETTER. TO THE PEOPLE THAT SAY FOLKS ARE ONLY CALLING IT GOOD JUST CUZ ITS THEM IS FUCKEN DUMBASSES CUZ USUALLY ITS THE OTHER WAY AROUND, PEOPLE COMPLAIN THAT EVERYONE IS TO CRITICAL ON ALBUMS

I bought it but it's average AT BEST. I listened to it one good time and breezed thru it the 2nd time. It's disappointing cause the hype surrounding it. His last one was tight but I think QUINN is overrated big time.

I think the people who don't like this album were expecting something else. My first play through the album I really had to soak it in. Like Quinn says there's a lot more truth going on to this album, it doesn't really compare to The Rock or I Give You My Word's sound.

I would have to agree that on the whole I like less tracks than his previous two but the ones that I do like are just as good as anything he's done.

The more I listen to it, the more I feel that this album just was what Quinn was advertising it as, "the album of my life." Not sure if he meant that in sales, content, or what, but it's definately his deepest album. You can hear the hunger, passion, and truth in his voice in every track. It makes sense to me that this album didn't and won't do the same numbers as "The Rock." This album has NO single and barely any marketability. It's a GREAT underground album, and maybe that's what he wanted. To most Quinn fans, I don't see how they could be dissapointed. It's a good project and worth the money.

^^^ co-sign..... this was the album of all albums from Quinn, and I own all his shit. I love how there were not a ton of features from other people, Mostly all San Quinn, production was all around excellent, "my brother", "rockin up work", "ready to go" -- all of them pretty much have had me knockin it since it came out, nothin else gets any play right now.... Not too mention I saw him perform live a few of them songs.....when he did "Do your Thizzle" he ripped the stage in half like a fuckin rockstar!!
