both are dope but the pic of bleek on the bike doesnt seemed blended in well it looks like its just on top of it... number one is kind of plain but it gets to the point.. but hey what do i know im not a graphic artist.. good job both of you.. vote 1

I don't really care for either...1 is too bland & 2 is too cluttered. The first one is basically a boring picture with a badly done grunge border. If I had to pick I guess I'd go with 1 though.
