FOR THE 100 MILLIONTH TIME. I AM NOT COMPARING RECORD LABELS. Are you having trouble with you eyes or something? You original question was Eazy E vs. Any Bay Area rapper. Not Ruthless vs. Any Bay Area Record Label.
Okay well thats what I was saying...who revolutionized the independent rap game. You say Short I say Eazy. You say Dangerous I say Ruthless. You say 50k I say 50 million. Did u forget what we were debating? You are John McCain Im Obama I guess..lol

Okay u keep making excuse saying "the machine" "the machine" but thats my point!!!!!!!!!!!!

Short released 1 independent album and signed his career to the "Machine"
Eazy said..."fuck this trunk petty shit, Ima take my company to "the machine" where Short gave up after 1 release and signed his life over to the machine!! But he's some type of independent Guru? Short didnt have the hustle or sense to say hey...Ima sign to Dangerous Music and yall distribute and market whatever I want when I want! He didnt do that...but Eazy did.

And as far as Master P and No Limit!!! He shouldnt get credit for the 75million? 90 Percent of the artist that were signed to No Limit were garbage and we only bought it because it was No Limit....we aint give a fuck about MAC when he was with Cash Money, We aint give a fuck about Souljah Slim and Skull Dugery untill P made us give a fuck...these wasnt new niggaz to the game. LOL...Mystikal was on Jive (with Too Short) and was a barley gold artist. He gets with P and goes Platinum!! But P didnt have nothing to do with that?! LOL...Bone put out Bone enterprise before Ruthless....we didnt buy it cuz it sucked had no direction and it sucked somemore. Bone gets with Eazy...Eazy vouches for them, put them with the right producers, make them do the right songs, and pays for all this shit, they sell millions!! Eazy had nothing to do with that I guess. I figured u were young. I can tell.
What the fuck is wrong with you? I'm trying so hard no to just call you a fucking bitch for putting words in my mouth. I haven't once said that "P didn't have anything to do with his artists success." Or "Eazy didn't have anything to do with Bone Thugs success." I said people deserve credit for their OWN records sells. Period. How would you like it if your boss took ALL the credit for a project that you created?

The only thing that makes Eazy independent is that he started the label. But he didn't sell ONE RECORD WITHOUT HELLER's HELP. Not one. Heller was in the game before Eazy was. Short was selling records out the trunk in 1983. Long before Jive. Eazy wasn't doing shit until Heller came. As a matter of fact, Heller helped start the damn label with Eazy. Did Eazy even make a song before Heller came? Shit send me the Zshare link. How the hell is that independent? Ruthless by the game's definition maybe independent, but what transpired as far as the business was not independent.

You can tell that I'm young? Well I can tell that you have a severe reading comprehension problem. And I know that you won't even attempt to find one rapper in the game that gives it up to Eazy E on being an independent pioneer, because that rapper doesn't exist. You will find hundreds that give it up to Short though.

Why is it funny lil dude is a lil behind? And when I made the statement I never heard anybody mention too short....I meant in terms of being inspired to be independent because he spent 20 years signed to Jive.
Don't call me lil dude lil gurl you are making an ass out of yourself right now. Either you are lying, or you are a dumbass. Every rapper in the game gives it up to Short for the independent shit that he did. Fuck how many years he was signed to jive. He put in work before that, he showed niggas how to grind and put in work at a time when that kind of stuff was unheard of. That is why he is synonomys with the word independent. Ask any rapper and they will repeat what I just said.

Okay...I wonder why u see so many VH1 specials on Eazy and NWA and Eazy was honored on Hip Hop Honors? With that said Too Short desrves that too on the real!! U clearly dont understand business and what it takes to do big business. By the way, find me one of these hundred quotes from rappers about Short Dog inspiring people to be independent. Just one...I'll wait....Its late and Im tired...long live Mac Dre tho!

LMAO I don't understand what it takes to do big business? Says who? The deaf girl who has a reading deficiency? I already told your disabled ass that Nelly was just talking about what Short meant to him as far as independent rap. Ask Mistah F.A.B., ask Bun B, Scarface. All of them give it up to Short. Why I am typing? It ain't like you can read.

Jesus Christ I feel so bad for you. Simple ass girl you are just impaired. Reading is the key to understanding, and I guess it is the reason why you have me up at 2 in the morning. Too $hort put in major independent work in the time before he was even involved with Jive. What the fuck did Eazy ass do before Heller came? Not a goddamn thing.

You are extrapolating facts right now. Can you prove that Eazy was selling a couple thousand out his trunk in LA? I don't think you can. I've never even heard of Eazy's music before Ruthless Records. He claimed to be selling drugs and gang banging before that time. I don't think Eazy ever really sold his shit out the trunk, because as soon as Ruthless was born, Heller was at Eazy's front door.
Not sure where you were then or where you're getting all your information from, because Eazy had a little paper and that's what got him his meeting with Jerry Heller. Heller didn't come knocking on Eazy's door, it was Eazy that paid him to listen to his music. An OG patna of mine was bangin that K-Park(Kelly Park) crip shit in Compton when Eazy was coming up, and he always said that Eazy was one of the biggest husltas from the hood.

And on the company side, Eazy put out 6 platinum records in 3 years...i know it wasn't "out the trunk", but it was built off of independent success.

Yes, but according to Eazy, he didn't get his "little paper" from music. He was banging that Kelly Park Compton Crip shit and selling drugs. That money is what he used to start his label. Then, Heller, who was already managing Dre and Yella, jumped on board Ruthless (Before Eazy even made an album). Maybe you misunderstood. I'm not saying Eazy wasn't making money before Heller, I'm saying the money wasn't from music.

According to Cube, he left because he didn't like the contract that Jerry Heller presented to him. Now who are you getting your information from. I'm getting it from what I've read from Cube. Where are you getting your info from?

.
I got my info from what the group members and even DOC said.....Even in Hellers book he said after the Straight Outta Compton tour Eazy told Cube in front of the group that he was voted out the group..Handed him his plane ticket and told him to go fuck himself....Of course cube isn't gonna say he was kicked out the group.

And do they have a reason why? Because according to Cube, he left, or was kicked out because he had an altercation with Jerry Heller. He was mad because he wasn't getting paid like Eazy was. Years later Dre even said that he wished he left earlier because the money wasn't right.

I understood what u said and maybe i wasn't clear. Eazy was sellin drugs, but he was also making a good amount of money sellin his own tapes out the trunk...this is what i've been told by cats that grew up with him. He would do shows at local spots in Compton before Heller was in the picture.

If that is the case, why are there no records of an Eazy E song before Ruthless Records? All the documentaries I've seen on Eazy E and NWA, I've never heard of him having a rap career before Ruthless. Yo patnas is probably right, I'm just not the type of nigga that believe everything he hears from other people. I go off what I can see and hear for myself. As far as I'm concerned, I've never heard a pre-Ruthless Eazy E song because they don't exist. If they do exist then I stand corrected...
