RIP to the croc hunter

how long will it be until his death gets leaked onto the net
THE fatal stingray attack on Steve Irwin may have occurred because the animal was startled or frightened, an expert said today.
Victoria Brims, a marine life expert from Oceanworld in Sydney, said the stingray that killed Irwin was most likely provoked.

"I am aware he was filming a documentary and his documentaries are usually very hands on. I can only assume that he had some kind of hands on or close contact with the animal who like us when we get afraid defended itself," Ms Brims said.

most likely was taped :x

Steve Irwin was my idol man!!

He was a role model to me!

His shows & all his lectures & techniques & all the awesomely wild adventures he accomplished made me a truly oppurtunisitic, adventurous, versatile, & open-minded person today...

He made me wanna love animals & travel & explore all over world!!!

If it wasn't for him, I wouldve able to do any of that...

Not even be an artist with passion for art, wildlife, nature & all the extraodinary wonders of the world!!!

He was one brave & couragous icon of world wildlife conservation!!!

A wonderful contributor to the environment!!!

He he & all his contributions will be remembered without a doubt!!!

Thank You, Steve...

Rest Wildly but Comfortably in Paradise

Ima miss you, dude!...

...my special condolences go out to his lovely wife, Terry, his son & daughter, his entire family, all his freinds, & most of all, all his fans who grew up on him......

Have a happier afterlife bro...

Yea everyone here is pretty numb at the moment because he was someone that EVERYONE loved. A stingray hit him from underneath directly into the heart and pumped poison into him.

I can't say I am suprised because he always did crazy shit and got way too close to dangerous animals, but I would have thought it'd be a crocodile or snake.

He leaves behind two small children.

RIP Steve Irwin

RIP

I saw him live at the Zoo in Sydney, down to earth guy nothing fake about him. He loved animals and he lived to help them.

The World just lost a very important person.

Cheers, I'll drink one for ya mate..
