be a different story if he took em on a hi speed, and while on the hi speed he was shootin at em..ya feel...
had this one cat in my city do tha shit..cops trailed to him where he been hiding out..his girl surrendered..he decided to flee, to the cops on a semi-hi speed..just a block away from the motel he was stayin at. fool ran up in my apartment complex while shootin at the police..kids and everything was playing..he tried to kick in a neighbors door..cops surrounded him..firing squad..cops did use excessive force..however as far as shootin this cat, was justified since he fired first...
but steffan, he shouldnt have been killed. period

WHY the FUCK in an RIP thread for a unarmed teenager who was SHOT by a pig, are some snooty nosed fuckin do-right dunderheads going to justify his death by "well he shouldnt have ran" BIG FUCKING DEAL!!! I HAD NO FUCKING CLUE THAT EVADEING ARREST WAS A CRIME PUNISHABLE BY THE DEATH SENTENCE...
some of you REALLY need a lesson on seeing things in context... too bad this point will be ignored and that it will take nothing short of a tragedy to befall u or your loved ones to see the value of a human life...

^^Dude, he was just a fucking kid. So what, maybe he made a mistake by running, he was probably fuckin scared since after all he was just a kid, but damn comrade, no need to try and shift the blame on a kid for running from the cops. In your teenage years you never once ran from a situation you were scared of? Never? I doubt it, I know I ran from the cops at age 14/15/16/17. Was it stupid of me? Maybe, but I don't think I deserved to get SHOT because of it.
Bad decision sure, maybe, but even more of a bad decision to shoot a fucking unarmed kid for running. Cop should be hung.

It's a shame the real routine thing in this situation is a cop using excessive force and ending a life because he felt he could. With the media printing that bullshit "he felt he was in danger" or "he went into his pocket," he is likely to get away with it. I've seen a couple cats get that same treatment. There only 2 who know what happened and one of em can't tell his story. Damn shame RIP Steffan.

Fa Sho... but if that shit happend when i was a 15 yr old, i would have booked it because A)I probably shouldnt have been driving and getting pulled over B)Im out numbered and C)I probably would have been scared shitless.
And yet, with those cops having tazers, K-9's and outnumbering a 15 year old we sit here today and talk about his death.. if he was bit by a K-9 or tazed then I wouldnt be here because if you run then they're going to do what they can to stop you from running, it comes as a consequence.. but they have no right to stop you from breathing.. and im not saying he was 100% innocent..
Yes, like a man, this was a teenager.... what time can you do for any crime if your no longer alive?? you wouldnt really want to be punished for your crime if we were in afghanastan and you were getting your hand chopped off for stealing... yet, this kid sufferd a far worse punishment then losing any appendege..

cause there KNOWN to come fuck wit you for nothin at all if you, maybe, "fit the description", you know most them mufuckas are extremly racist and trained to target certain (shall i say) "groups" of people, because there so-called "more likely" to commit crimes...
i belive the police was fuckin wit em.. theyve gone out of there way to fuck wit me plenty of times till i decided to study up on em.. now they cant do shit but wave at me and keep drivin because i know what they can and cant do...
