the warden or police officials inside the prison charge people with crimes.....COs have a completly differnet training then cops....COs dont even need to know the peneal code....

of course there are similairtys but your not right about all of em

CO's are the reason ballers & Mafiosos are able to live like Kings in the pen. They get paid off just like the cops & crooked politicians. It's a cold ass game. How u think we were able to listen to all of that great music from X-Raided. I also heard the CO that was sneaking his vocals out got caught & fired.
