Depends on what O/S the HTC is running...is it an Android phone, or Windows Mobile?

Android there is an app in the app store called LeadappsAndroidRadio or something like that I keep seeing in in our player lists

Windows Mobile, try just going to the website www.SacTownRadio.com and tap on the Windows media player link and see if that works...if it don't then you gotta find a Windows moble app...Kinoma 5 works real well, but I think you gotta pay for it.
