i found out today tha homie p-folks past away in his sleep. he whas a underated talent his debut album he dropped "smoke inhalation" whas a GREAT ALBUM. i remember going to rasputins to buy it and played it all the time. 7 years later i meet him at rasputins. he whas a great guy and had nuthing but love everytime i seen him. we were supposed to do a song for "golden state warriorz 2" and he whas gonna get me on his next album. crazy how the next day is not promised.

Rob aka P-Folks was indeed a true homie. I can remember the first time I ever heard him and his counterpart Polo bust.. on Lynch's Loaded album.... That's when I went out and found them and bought them train tickets to come out to Merced and jump on Droop's 1990-Hate album... They were so excited about coming out here... P-Folks made a lot of friends due to the connection with me and came out here on a regular basis. I most recently hollared at him a few months back and was lookin forward to doin more music with him... he's going to be greatly missed. May God Bless His Soul and His Family.
