For those who recommended gym or sports, I actually go to gym 3 times a week on a strict schedule. However because I work till about 7pm, I don't get to the gym till about 9pm, so by the time I get out and take a shower its usually 10:30 to 11. Then I like to eat a meal and drink a protein shake, in order to feed my muscles after working out (its important for muscle growth). So I usually end up feeling hyper after gym, instead of tired.
I will definatly be copping some of that tea since a lot of you recommended it and say that it really works.
