the packaging & shipping department at City Hall must be working overtime with all those damn orders. ive actually been to their warehouse last year. they had TONS of Bay shit stored in hella boxes. it was like shopping at Home Depot but for CDs, Vinyl and Cassette tapes.

i went there 2 days straight just looking through their stock but couldnt finish cuz there were just too many boxes. i found some stuff i didnt even know existed before

Yeah must've been frustrating to know there was so much more there to look through. Shit, I didn't even know that Duke Of Earl tape existed until I saw it on there.. Was it obscure vinyl you found, or more?
yeah i didnt get to look at the boxes on the top shelves. they told me they were full of rare shit but there wasnt enough room to pull those boxes down. they told me i can come back 6 months later to look through those boxes but by the time i went back they said NOBODY is allowed in the warehouse anymore. but some of the vinyl i found were

Young Gee - Low Key (vinyl ep)
D.O.A. single (different group out of oakland or frisco)
Next2Kin - Ghetto Poetry (vinyl ep)
Dangerous Dame - "Stay With Me" (vinyl single)
Clee Dogg (vinyl test press LP)
APG - Oaktowns Finest
Richie Rich - Geeks Revenge (vinyl single with pic cover)
415 - Life Style As A Gangsta
Govenor & The House Reps (vinyl ep)
Mac Dre - Stupid Doo Doo Dumb (vinyl ep with poster cover)
i found a few more but forgot what they were

me and my homie has a seller account there and they charged us different prices. they charged us anywhere from $3-$8 for each cd, $2-$4 for vinyl, $2-$5 for cassette tapes. it really depends on the title and condition of the CD cases. they charged us more if it was still sealed and in Mint condition to where they charged us less for cds that came with no case just the cd itslef and inserts. for an example, i found a stack of loose Black Nate "recognize me" cds just with the inserts with no cd case...they charged me between $2-$3 a copy still in mint condition too.

did i see any rare stuff? HELL YEAH I DID hahaha. my friend (from Japan) bought most of it though. while i was diggin through the vinyl boxes...he was grabbing all the CDs and tapes. i remember seeing alot of Young Woo, The Creeper, Down-N-Dirty, Cloud Nine, EPA City Dead on Arrival comps, COPS, old school Master P, Mack Lew, Y-D, Next2Kin, 415 and other stuff i forgot what else he bought. but damn, i wish i can get back into that warehouse again.

^ woah, some of that shit I didn't even realise they distributed.. Hmmm sounds like they still have a lot more stock to consolidate. Good news for the collectors!
yeah, i was surprised to see that stuff. i guess the way it works there...rappers just bring in their products and sell it to the distributor. they have a "rap buyer" who decides what to buy to put into their catalog. i guess rappers just brought their CDs and tapes to every distributor they can get to. cuz APG Crew products were distributed by another company out in Texas (according to whats printed on their vinyl).

but yeah, hopefully they pull more rare shit out of those boxes.

anyone sellin a copy of REALITE for a decent price ? i use paypal
they are on ebay every day now, and will be for the next while. The last 8 copies of the cd sold for a top price of $35 I think or maybe even a few dollar's less, which is decent I guess.
