Aight, I know this ain't bay related but I need y'alls help. I went outside to get the mail when this dude honks at me, I'm thinking he needs directions. But he tells me he's from Italy on a business trip and he doesn't have enough money to pay for his rental car. So I say ok, lemme check out what your selling. He says he has 4 Gianni Versace (ver-sac-chi) jackets for sale, he said he'll give em all to em for $400. I don't know shit about versace, and i look for the labels and all it has is a big ass "V" so I'm thinkin, why would one of the most expensive company not actually say VERSACE on it? I looked real but the insides had nylon and had V's everywhere and there was a bag over it with a logo "Made in Italy". I ain't got much money but I had enuff and all I saw was a profit! I take a look at his trunk hidden under hella bags are 2 more, I ask him what are those? He says it's for a convention in San Franscisco. SO I said fuck, this would of been a huge profit for me. I go in get the money pay him and as I'm leaving with the bag, he honks and I go back. He tries to sell me the 2 leather jackets in his trunk!. So I said "give me my money back, I don't want these anymore" to make a long story short, he left, I felt bad for the fucker but more importantly, I could of missed a huge opportunity at making more money. So y'all think he's tryna hustle me or did I fuck up? He gave me his passport n shit to copy too.

oh yea, I forgot, one thing that helped me make my decision was that, I got jacked by an Italian in Italy, he scammed me for $620 over ebay. And one thing that was hella funny was, he said "I'm not black" with a huge accent, not knowing much english. I said huh? He said I'm not black, I don't shoot, I'm not a bad buy as he pretends to hold a gun and shoot. He said why he came to me was cuz I wasn't black and that I looked like a good guy which I really don't.

Ok, like I've seen versace before. He took a lighter and lighted the leather jacket I was like wtf. He was just showing how authentic it was, he said it was deer skin and it left no burn mark. None of the tags, the bags, had actually said "versace" on them. If he was hustlin me, that's one good fuckin hustla. He was talkin smoother than a mafucka. The jackets looked old school but brand new, there was a brown deerskin jacket, a green one and 2 old school lookin black leather jackets.

it's a scam.. same dude approached me at safeway in dublin..

out the trunk and everything saying he was at a fashion convention in san jose and got lost all the way in dublin..

he tried to sell it for $250 but i said $25 and he was talking perfect english after that trying to hussle and what not..

anyway, i told him i'll get $250 in safeway and i'll be out with some cash..

instead i got some starbucks with my lady, walked up to him and stared pretending i didn't know who he was or what he was talking about..

then i got in my car.. drove off honking the horn at him with a peace sign out the window.

^LOL, them crazy Italians outta the U.S. mayn. Nah, for some reason I thought it was the same guy...He had my addy and what not. Thanks, I found out that this guy is a scam, he gave me a piece of paper to write his info down, and then on the back was an email. I emailed this cat and he said he is a scam, and that he's from the bay area. He said to call the police if I see him again, a cop car drove by when I was talking to him, I was going to call him over because he was staring at me, but because when I got pulled over once and had guns pointed at me, I don't like cops no more and ignored him. Fuck, I almost called the cop over, he would of gotten his ass. The guy that I emailed, responded and told me to call the cops on his bitch ass, so close, I gave him $400 too! It was a done deal but he honked! There is a god!

Has anyone here seen the scam where some guy in a van says he works for a speaker company, he's making a delivery of some expensive ass high quality speakers, and the factory gave him too many? He says I have to unload them right now! Before I get to the job site! He tries to sell them for a few hundred, and says they are worth a few thousand. Really they are some aftermarket crap he bought on the net for 20-50 bucks from China. I have been approached with that same scam in two different states, the exact same shit too. The first time I almost bought them, but I was broke and that shit sounded too much like a scam. I would have been pissed if I bought them and looked them up online later.
