I wouldn't leave the Ravens if I were Ray. Cowboys have an overrated QB who can't get over the hump and TO who seems to be more of an entertainer than a player nowadays.

Ravens have one of the Best defenses in the NFL and a QB that's only going to get better. It really helps that he's getting playoff experience young so he'll be ready for the future too.
