I gotta keep it real and say 7/10.Better beats than verses compared to the jack artist, and the street album had a couple of songs that were better than the majority of the cd.At least devilz rejects 2 will be dope.

I understand people giving the album 7's and 8's because of all the features and that paul wall song just doesnt belong but i've been slappin this since it was up on his myspace and i gotta give it a 9/10 because its sooo nice to have an album that i can slap damn near all the way through. Anything less than a 7 is just funny to me.

I give Tear Gas a 7.5/10 and I thought it was better than the Jack Artist. I actually thought the Jack Artist wasn't even all that. I just didn't understand why everyone jocked that album so hard. My opinion, it was mediocre. I kept trying to give that album a chance but it wasn't happening. I thought the production was way better on Tear Gas than on the Jack Artist, although I thought The Street Album and Drought Season was better even tho it was a collabo.

The Street Album 8.5/10
Drought Season 8.5/10
Tear Gas 7.5/10
The Jack Artist 6.5/10... yes 6.5/10 don't get all sensitive now.

Back to the Tear Gas album tho. I can't get sick of Glamorous Lifestyle w/ Nickatina. That song gets heavy rotation. Other nice tracks are Won't Be Right w/ Cellski (I wish they didn't fade out so quick when that Rasta shit came in at the end of the song!!! I was hella pissed lol) Girls (kinda nice how Traxamillion flipped that Beastie Boys beat), Callin My Name, What Happened To The World, The Movement, Storm, and Our Heroes.

wow... really???

I'm not hating or getting sensitive... because we're all entitled to our opinions... just first time I heard someone who was a fan of the Jacka say The Jack Artist wasn't all that great... to each his own though... it's all good

It is what it is. I am a Jacka fan but that doesn't necessarily mean I gotta say everything he puts out is tight knowing damn well in my opinion i'm not feeling it. I'm not gonna be plastic. I mean I played the Jack Artist repeatedly when I first got it hoping for something to click and change my opinion about the album but i just couldn't. Even til this day I still play the album hoping to that i see the fucking light and shit. But the Jack is one of my favorite artists out the bay so I will buy and support his shit regardless.

^^^ to me your ratings dont add up, the street album is not to good yet you give it an 8.5. The Jacka Artist is bout as close to a classic you will see from any rapper these days and that drought season has about 2 or 3 good tracks on it. I do however agree with your rating for Tear gas lol
