rapbay is aight with me. i orderded that million dollar mixtape back when it came out and when i got it the 2nd disc had a crack in it. i contacted them through email and they told me i could send it back and they would give me another one. i ended up going to jail for about a month and didnt get a chance to send it out. when i got out i emailed them and they told me to go ahead and send it in. i did and i got another copy within a week.

I've ordered tons of lps from rapbay and I never had any single problem with my orders, I live overseas and always received my stuff within 2 weeks. Rapbay is real professionnal to me!

man thats why i stopped fucking with friscostreetshow cuz it took more then 2 months to get 1 order and i live only 30 minutes from these kats and the other time they never sent me shit..i had to go there and get in doodes face bout that shyt ....but yea...just hit rasputins man..everything u need is there...fuck rapbay and fss

After reading this thread i aint gonna order shit from them. Their representative seems to have a lot of excuses. We're understaffed. Well go hire some people shit it ain't brain surgery. Im not sure about your email or why your cd was scratched all i do is everything except check emails.
If this company is so busy and does so much business then why wouldn't they make sure they keep their customers and are fully staffed? Sounds like bullshit to me. Lucky for me i have no need to order cds online.

I GOT MY ORDER. TOOK OVER A MONTH BUT IT HAPPENED. I LIVE ON THE WEST COAST TOO... THIS WAS THE LONGEST THEY EVER TOOK FOR ME, BUT I PROBABLY WON'T ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. KIND OF FUCKED UP IN MY OPINION.
