Chree, Mike Rumph was a bust. He made Ahmed Plummer look like Rod Woodson. Rumph had a target on his back... He was always getting picked on no matter who he covered.

lol more than 60% of their 1st rounders have been decent, every one of their 2nds has been good.

and alot of their later round picks have developed into very capable starters/solid players

niner fans.

how does it feel to have such high expectations in 07 to only be worst than the year before? how does it feel to have a #1 qb that isnt even a lock for the starting job after what 4 years? im not putting my foot in my mouth with my raiders but this year should be very interesting. besides willis yall havent drafted shit either. both bay teams are fighting for bragging rights this year. we will see.

EXCEPT FOR THE FACT THAT YALL WERE NOT BETTER THEN THE RAIDERS. YALL WON ONE MORE GAME THAN WE DID DUE TO TAMPA BAY RESTING THEIR STARTERS. OTHER THAN THAT, YALL WERE DEAD LAST IN THE ENTIRE LEAGUE ON OFFENSE AND YOUR TEAM WASN'T EVEN COMPETETIVE IN MOST OF YOUR GAMES. THE NINERS WERE COMPLETE GARBAGE.

RAIDERS WERE CLEARLY THE BETTER TEAM THIS SEASON. NOT THAT IT'S SAYIN MUCH.

LOL... winning one more game is nothing to brag about. We'll see who's better this year... Mike Martz is y'all only hope. If y'all improve Martz will get all the credit. If y'all don't make the playoffs.... see ya later Mike Nolan.

If Mike Holmgren took over it would be see ya Alex Smith. I am still laughing at Martz saying "Smith is so doggone accurate".... that is too funny.

Those injuries were freak accidents, his leg got broke against philly in rook season, in a blocking play, getting hit from 2 directions, then last year, against the stealers, when he took that really really bad hit, i dont think any player would have been okay after that
so what you're saying is an injury is different if its a "freak" injury? that freak shit doesn't matter. he got injured playing football during the season, twice. maybe other players would've gotten injured doing the same thing, but they would still be injured. my point is he has 2 injury plagued seasons, he needs to make up for it this year. he's a tight end, he HAS TO block and he's supposed to be hard to take down & get hit hard by at least one person if not more.
