but me, im proud to be Irish+ a lil this and that, but im white all the same, and ya i take offense when the words honky and craccer are thrown around like its ok, just as other races do when a derogatory word is thrown at them, why would i not be?

they will be said really regardless of who it hurts.. ive always been one to look at the INTENTIONS behind the word.. as if a wigga says nigga and a comedian calls people crackerz cant be compared to someone saying it to be hurtful.. thats my take on it anyway..

I've always been the type that could care less what someone calls me. Its just words. Its actions I care about. I personally dont use derogatory words about other races regardless of what my motive might be. the only thing that pisses me the fuck off though is when someone of one race gets pissed the fuck off over a racial slur but turns around and throws other racial slurs around like they are any less offensive. Regardless of the history of any racial slur, all racial slurs are just as bad as the other and can be just as hurtful to someone else. If you got a problem with a white dude saying "nigga" your ass better not go around callin white dudes honkeys, rednecks or crackers. the same goes for all races and religions.
