yup...i had these mexican come up to me and asked me what set i was from...they kept callin me ese and vato....then they called me a mayate.....and i was like....fuck you holmes, im latin
and then this mexican lady came uyp to me and started asking me questions in spanish....i was like "hey wtf.... just cause im mexican dont mean i speak spanish lady"
and one time this white lady asked me if i speak mexican....
yeah i was profiled by the color of my skin...

SJ Police Investigate Excessive Force Allegation

SAN JOSE -- San Jose police are looking into an allegation that an officer used excessive force while trying to clear a street outside San Jose City Hall Tuesday night as revelers celebrated Mardi Gras. Sgt. Nick Muyo confirmed Thursday that a woman has accused the Police Department of using excessive force. The allegation stems from an incident that was caught on video by CBS 5. The video appears to show an officer in riot gear hitting a woman in the leg with a nightstick. Muyo declined to comment on the video, but said at least two officers were involved in an incident on Santa Clara Street as part of a larger effort to clear the street around 11 p.m. He would not disclose the names of the involved officers and said the investigation into the incident is ongoing. After two years of quiet Fat Tuesday celebrations, San Jose police had a tougher time controlling a rowdy crowd this year. Altogether, San Jose police made 25 arrests, responded to four stabbings, issued 238 citations and found several cars vandalized, Officer Enrique Garcia reported Wednesday.

Walking thru a alley off santa clara and 2nd with me homie.Two caucasian cops aproach.Verbal aknowledgement.Pause.Two police officers stop in front myself and associate. "You know where you at?" was asked of me.
Asked if where consealing anything illegal and if i aggreed for a search.
I refuse.Older officer starts speaking to me solo. Partner hits friend few feet away. Friend starts getting searched.3rd asian officer walks up to myself. 2 officers exchange words. I speak and am grabed by the wrist of asian officer chan and twisted with the words "ill brake yer arm off" i rply "what fcukkk you say"?
first officer questions asian officer.Am let go.And searched.
Found car keys,california Id, $---- in cash. cash counted.Then asked if was on probation or parole.And asked for santa clara county probation officer info/name.
Let go after 25-30 minute incounter and told to leave area immediatley.
